Justin Bauer spent most of his life in the Columbus area. Writing was his first passion, then he was gifted a drum kit in high school. His performance resume ranges from heavy metal to musical theatre. He has earned an Associate in Music Business from Hocking College, and a Bachelor of the Arts in English at The Ohio State University.

He’s an enthusiast of Shakespeare, Fitzgerald, and dark comedy/satire. He enjoys a wide variety of literature, and writes reviews/criticism of traditional and independently published works, in addition to whatever else he may fancy at any given moment.

He’s an indie author of five works (‘Tin Foil Hat’-‘The Blue Moon Catastrophe’-‘Beatrix and the Wooden Dagger’-‘As Flowers with Frost’-and ‘calamity folk and other stories’) available here.

Looking forward, he hopes to utilize this blog as a tool to cover an array of interests, as well as a platform for his writing projects. Aside from the arts (music, literature, live theatre), he enjoys political satire, social issues, and sports.
